MEDICAL SERVICES
The U.S. Army Medical Department Activity provides health care to nearly 26,000 eligible beneficiaries in the Fort Huachuca and Sierra Vista communities. Priority is given to service member and TRICARE Prime patients. Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center is one of the largest and most modern health care facilities in Cochise County. In early 2005, RWBAHC received a three-year accreditation from the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The health center operates a few outpatient specialty clinics, a nationally certified laboratory and a diagnostic radiology service. The Health Center operates a full service pharmacy located in the main facility and a satellite refill pharmacy located at the Main Post Exchange. For appointments call 520-533-9200. FAMILY CARE CLINIC
The Family Care Clinic is located in the main Health Care Facility, Building 45001, 2240 E. Winrow Ave. The clinic offers an integration of both pediatric and adult services. For an appointment with your Primary Care Manager, dial central appointments at 520-533-9200, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm (except holidays).

Both clinics closed for training on the first and second Thursday of the month from 7:30am to 12:45pm.


MILITARY MEDICINE CLINIC
This clinic is for service members and is located in Building 51101 Winans Road. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. Hours for the first and second Thursday of the month are 1 to 4pm, although acute patients can be seen from 7am to 1pm on these days. MILITARY INTELLIGENCE STUDENT CLINIC (MISC)
Located in Building 84550A Hunt, this facility provides sick call service to active duty Initial Entry Training students and Reclassification Soldiers only. Hours of operation are 5am to 6pm. For an appointment, call 520-533-6709.


SOLDIER READINESS CLINIC (SRC)
All permanent party Soldiers arriving to Fort Huachuca are required to in-process through the Soldier Readiness Clinic. The SRC ensures each Soldier's Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) is up-to-date. The SRC is also the central location for all Post Deployment Health Reassessments (PDHRA) which each Soldier must complete within 90-180 days upon returning from deployment. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 3:30pm and Friday, 9am to 3:30pm. No appointment is necessary. Call 520-533-4763 for more information.


ALLERGY CLINIC

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY ACCESS CLINIC
The Weekend and Holiday Clinic servces as an acute minor illness clinic for those enrolled in TRICARE Prime needing acute care after hours. The Weekend and Holiday clinic is by appointment only. Weekend and holiday hours are 8am to noon on weekends, holidays and training holidays. On certain weekends these hours are extended to 6pm. For appointments, call 520-533-9165.


OPTOMETRY CLINIC

PATIENT ADVOCATE

The patient advocate is available to assist you with all concerns regarding the health center or clinic appointments and operations.
